Creating Low-Noise Workstations in Electronics Assembly with Perforated Aluminum Barriers

Vertical shields made from 1.8mm perforated aluminum sheet (30% open area)    were arranged in U-shapes, filled with a PET-melamine composite.    Side surfaces and floor edges included anti-slip perforated panels to reduce vibration and movement-based noise.
