Material Design and Engineering

The solution was a custom-designed perforated aluminum grille, made from 5052 marine-grade alloy. Featuring 0.9 mm holes spaced at 1.8 mm, the sheet had a 38% open area and hydrophobic PTFE nano-coating. These specs preserved Bluetooth audio clarity while shedding water droplets instantly.

Installation Innovations
